and assembling these different materials gave the dress a sense of value and purpose

“MOSAIC” Dress puffy silhouette designed to beThis dress is my favorite in the entire collection. I started working on it at the very early stages, and its the one that took the most time. I had to carefully deconstruct many chemises, lace cardigans, and delicate lacy fabrics. I cut them all into identical squares and pieced them together to create this dress. Its the most labor intensive piece, but also the one closest to my heart.
